When is the latest I can order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
In order to guarantee Christmas delivery, please not that the canvases & posters have different lead times.
For the canvases, you must have ordered the canvases by 6th December latest. We will then send you your artwork to review within 2-3 days and you must have approved your design by 9th December latest.
For the posters, you must have ordered the posters by 16th December. We will then send you your artwork to review within 2-3 days and you must have approved your design by 19th December latest.
How long is the artwork creation time?
Once your order has been placed, our designers will get to work and send you an artwork to approve in 2-3 days and we will ship your product within 2-5 days of you approving the design.
As soon as we ship your product, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
How long does shipping take?
Canvases: Once shipped, delivery to the UK, USA, Canada & Australia will take 5-12 business days and delivery to the rest of the world will take 10-21 business days.
Posters & Framed Posters: Once shipped, your product will be delivered to your doorstep in 5-7 days.
What's your refund policy?
Our number one priority at Fable & Fang is to make our customers happy - so if you're not happy with your finished product, please get in touch.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@fableandfang.com within 48 hours of delivery and send us a photo or video to ensure we understand the issue. We will then either send the same item again free of charge or we can provide a full refund.
If you opt for a full refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect product, size, colour, quantity etc.
What's your return policy?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, it is not possible for us to offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet. However, if you are unhappy with your product, email us with an image or video of what is wrong with your product and we will give you your money back in full or send you a new item.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
I'm struggling to upload my photo, what do I do?
If you're having trouble uploading your photo, or have multiple photo's that you'd like us to choose from, please email your images to: support@fableandfang.com
How do I cancel my order/ make a change?
If you require a change to your order, please email us within 24 hours and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order and a refund will not be granted.
Please make sure you double check the delivery address of your order as we cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly inputted address.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you're not 100% happy with your order - then simply notify us and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll either send you a new one or give you a full refund.
