How it works

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN

• Select a magnificent paw-trait design that best suits your pet’s personality
• Upload a photo of your pet using the upload button on the product page (Follow the photo guidelines below)
• Select the gender of your pet from the dropdown menu and we'll adapt the design accordingly (For some designs only) 
• Click ‘add to cart’ and place your order!
• Feel free to leave any special requests in the 'notes section' and we'll work our magic for you! 

• Our team of paw-fessional digital artists will then create a re-touched version of your pet's face, merged perfectly to the design of your choice
• We will email you a preview within 2-3 days for you to approve. At this stage you can request any changes that you would like, until you are 100% happy. 

• We’ll produce your final art-work using industry-leading techniques and top of the range printing equipment
• Then carefully pack your item to arrive in pristine condition
• It’ll be shipped with tracking details so you know where it is every step of the way.

You don't need a professional photo – phone pictures work perfectly fine! Our designers use the exact photo for your paw-trait that you upload – so please make sure the angle is appropriate for the design that you have chosen.

If you upload an image that isn't good enough quality for us to create the perfect paw-trait, we will email you asking for a new one!

If you're having trouble uploading your photo, or have multiple photo's that you'd like us to choose from, please email your images to: support@fableandfang.com 

Here are some photo tips to ensure the best paw-sible results:

• Take a close-up photo of your pet at eye level
• Include their full head i.e. don’t cut out their ears
• Ensure good lighting - natural outdoor light (no flash works best) 
• Make sure facial features are clearly seen - no blurred photos 
• Photos without any filters work the best!
