Refund Policy
Refunds:
Our number one priority is that you are 100% happy with your portrait. We will send you your design to approve before we send it to print and you can request as many changes as you like until you're 100% happy with it. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your design and no longer wish to proceed with your order, we will offer you a full refund (excluding £10 for the design). Or if you'd like to switch to a completely new design, this will cost an additional £10.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@fableandfang.com within 48 hours of delivery and send us a photo or video to ensure we understand the issue. We will then either send the same item again free of charge, or we can provide a full refund.
If you opt for a full refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect product, size, design, quantity etc.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, it is not possible for us to offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet. However, if you are unhappy with your product, email us with an image or video of what is wrong with your product and we will give you your money back in full or send you a new item.
Change To Order:
If you require a change to your order, please email us within 24 hours and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order and a refund will not be granted.
