Select the gender of your pet from the dropdown menu and we'll adapt the design accordingly (For some designs only)
Click 'Add To Cart' and place your order
Feel free to leave any special requests in the 'notes section' and we'll work our magic for you!
We'll email you the design within 2-3 days for you to approve and request as many changes until you're 100% happy!
Your paw-fect masterpiece will be printed and delivered to your door!

Fable & Fang Guarantee:

Our number one priority is that you are 100% happy with your masterpiece. If in the unlikely event that you are not, we will either create another one for you, or we will offer you a full refund.

If you upload an image that isn't good enough quality, we will email you asking for a new one!

If you're having trouble uploading your photo, or have multiple photo's that you'd like us to choose from, please email your images to support@fableandfang.com and we'll be here to help.

We will send you your design to approve before we send it to print and you can request as many changes as you like until you're 100% happy with it. Again, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your design and no longer wish to proceed with your order, we will offer you a refund (minus £10 for the artwork we've done).

If you'd like a different coloured background or any other changes to your design, just drop us a note and we'll make it happen!

You don't need a professional photo – phone pictures work perfectly fine! Our designers use the exact photo for your paw-trait that you upload – so please make sure the angle is appropriate for the design that you have chosen.

If you upload an image that isn't good enough quality to create the perfect paw-trait, we will email you asking for a new one!

Here are some photo tips to ensure the best paw-sible results:

Take a close-up photo of your pet at eye level
Include their full head i.e. don’t cut out their ears
Ensure good lighting - natural outdoor light (no flash works best)
Make sure facial features are clearly seen - no blurred photos
Photos without any filters work the best!

How long will my design take to create?

Once your order has been placed, our artists will get to work and email you with your design to approve within 2-3 days.

We'll start printing within 24 hours of receiving your approval!

We ship anywhere in the world within 5-7 business days.

Canvases:

On average, our canvases are created and shipped within 5 business days.

It was very easy to slightly alter the picture they sent through originally. In total it just took a couple of days from us sending the picture to verifying the final print.
